This is a unique opportunity for a strong Tax Manager or Senior Manager who is prepared to take their career to the next level. Our client is seeking a highly motivated Tax Manager or Senior Manager to work with their team and provide closely held companies and high net worth individuals with tax and accounting services (including planning, consulting, research, and compliance). This position also includes an aspect of operational firm leadership which will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice.  This opportunity is full-time and is located in downtown Seattle. For the interim this position will be on-site and could potentially be moved to hybrid.

Qualified candidates must have:

Tax Manager Experience:

• 5 -10 years’ experience in public accounting
• Experience managing individual and entity client engagements
• BA/BS in Accounting
• CPA designation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented

Operational Firm Leadership Experience:

• Financial management experience; assisting with budgeting and financial planning
• Office operational administration; ensuring productivity and work is efficiently managed, oversee recruitment, onboarding and employee retention strategies
• Team leadership and development; lead and mentor administrative staff by providing guidance and support, fostering a collaborative and high performance work environment
